Leidos Inc. is seeking a temporary Program Management Support expert for our project team in Brussels, Belgium, supporting NATO’s independent Programme Office for enhanced Air Command and Control (eAirC2). The role involves providing technical support to define an AirC2 capability, joining a team of international SOS subject matter experts, and engaging in the full engineering lifecycle from concept to delivery. The programme emphasizes data-centric, model-based systems engineering and advanced technologies.

This position is remote with frequent travel to Belgium.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Coordinate program management activities
   • Create and manage the Programme schedule
   • Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule
   • Utilize MS Project and Project Web App effectively
   • Communicate with functional areas to identify and maintain schedule tasks and dependencies
   • Conduct schedule reviews to monitor and report performance against baseline schedules
2. Develop the Programme Master Plan
   • Outline the plan, identify structure and supporting documents, and provide templates
   • Draft program documentation for higher management
   • Develop a plan capturing iPO initiatives and investments over time
   • Identify and manage inputs to Capability Programme Plans
   • De-conflict, identify dependencies, and integrate planning documents
3. Manage the Programme Risk and Opportunity Register
   • Document risks and develop contingency plans
   • Monitor risk mitigation strategies
   • Report risks regularly to leadership and stakeholders
4. Support the Programme Coordinator
   • Administer and follow up on the action list
   • Record and distribute meeting minutes
   • Ensure timely completion of action items

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills for complex topics with NATO leaders
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or master’s with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence for high-complexity environments
• Leadership experience in international settings, self-motivated, results-oriented
• Experience in transforming raw data into insightful information
• Deep understanding of creating data-centric SOS capabilities for command and control
