Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, VA seeks a Project Manager to design, implement, and maintain strategic IT programs supporting corporate strategy, including large DoD network deployments. You will mentor teams and drive initiatives with minimal direction.

You should have 5+ years as a technical IT or cybersecurity project manager, experience with Navy networks, and a valid clearance. You will lead cross-functional teams and align milestones with organizational goals.

  • Experience managing large-scale DoD network deployments.
  • Experience leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables.
  • Experience leading and managing project teams, including providing clear direction and support.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy network and system cyber operations teams.
  • Knowledge of Navy organizational structure, operational processes, mission requirements, and military terminology.
  • Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies.
  • Ability to manage schedules and tasks for implementations, deployments, and operations.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • HS diploma or GED required.

Project Manager

The Opportunity: Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

You Have
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical IT or cybersecurity project manager
  • Experience managing large-scale DoD network deployments
  • Experience leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables, or overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the team
  • Experience leading and managing project teams, including providing clear direction and support
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy network and system cyber operations teams
  • Knowledge of Navy organizational structure, operational processes, mission requirements, and military terminology
  • Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies
  • Ability to manage schedules and tasks for implementations, deployments, and operations
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
