Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking a Program Management Specialist in Groton, CT to manage educational design and development projects under a Navy/DoD contract. The role requires coordinating between the contractor and COR, overseeing task orders, and ensuring timely reporting and funding alignment.

A Secret clearance is required to support sensitive initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least five years of relevant project management

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Learning Analysis and Design (LEAD) practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in business management, instructional technology, or equivalent is desirable.

Training and Experience: 5 years’ experience in managing an educational design and development project, with two or more year’s professional experience working on a contract for the Navy/DoD or another Department of Defense agency.

The following additional experience is preferred:

• Experience in using Learning Analysis and Design (LEAD).
• Experience in derivative classification and applying Controlled Unclassified Information requirements and portion marking materials using Security Classification Guides.
• Submarine experience.

Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Functions as the single point of contact between the contractor and COR.
• Oversees the entire contract assuring that the proper personnel are assigned to the individual task orders.
• Publishes the monthly reports, handles invoicing, reviews Statements of Work and funding issues, hires personnel, and advises the COR on project status and any potential problem areas.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
