This role would guide TPM execution across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and oversee Restricted Realm delivery across current and future realms.

The Senior Manager will be accountable for program strategy, execution health, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making across high-priority initiatives. They will help define priorities, manage tradeoffs, track key metrics, and ensure delivery commitments are met while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
As the organization scales, this leader must also be able to absorb new workstreams and emerging priorities, such as rhythm of business development, operational planning, and other strategic programs. The ideal candidate can quickly establish structure, build repeatable processes, and integrate new programs without disrupting existing delivery commitments.
Attracts, develops, and retains a talented team of Program Managers (PMs). Role models company values. Identifies and defines PM goals, objectives, and metrics; analyzes business needs and prioritizes workload for team members. Coaches PMs regularly on landing effective people programs ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and timelines. Holds team and individuals accountable for results and manages performance through 1:1s, connect sessions, performance management assessments, and annual reviews. Supervises the development, deployment, and execution of business requirements and compliance standards. Effectively manages a multi-functional program portfolio and ensures smooth execution. Drives high levels of data cleanliness across program portfolio. Ensures timely/high-quality reporting across all programs to drive business decisions. Provides regular status updates to Business Leadership on progress made. Based on reporting that team members provide, evaluates potential business impact, and guides business decision-makers. Partners across functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs and develops capabilities required for successful execution of programs designed. Performs other duties as assigned.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 - $234,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
