Sevita is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily activities, ensure compliant care for individuals served, and coordinate programs within our Home and Community-based services. The role emphasizes leadership, staff supervision, and partner collaboration to deliver high-quality supports.
Responsibilities include managing program plans, incident reporting, health and medication oversight, and maintaining safe, clean homes while guiding staff through orientation and training.

Supervises the day to day activities, and ensures all individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for those individuals. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served and maintains records.
Directs and supervises assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
