Sevita's ResCare Community Living in San Diego is seeking a Life Skills Trainer Supervisor to lead and support staff delivering person-centered services in residential and community settings.
You will supervise Life Skills Trainers, coordinate shifts, ensure documentation, safety, and program goals are met, and participate in training and recruiting as needed. Travel may be required.

$19.06 per hour
Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers (LST) in the residence and in the community and provides direct services to program participants.
Leads assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and trainings, as required. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
