The Planet Group is hiring a hands-on PMO Analyst to join our IT Transformation Office in Northern NJ. You will partner with global IT product, project, and program managers across EMEA and APAC to drive governance, process harmonization, and enterprise-wide portfolio dashboarding.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing portfolio data for executive reporting, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy in Jira while supporting cross-regional reviews and stakeholder

Formación

• 2+ year of experience as a PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira; experience rolling out enterprise portfolio dashboards is a plus.
• Strong background in project management methodologies, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Proven data visualization skills — ability to turn complex data into compelling executive reports.
• Strong stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving, and cross-time-zone communication skills.
• Basic understanding of portfolio financials (preferred
