Job summary

Westwood Professional Services invites a Program Management Intern to join a firm-wide team overseeing project controls, scheduling, and delivery across Land, Renewables, Public Infrastructure, and Power markets.

You will learn to develop schedules, track budgets, and report progress under experienced mentors, gaining hands-on experience with tools used to monitor project health and coordinate resources across teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn in a cross-disciplinary environment.
• Ability to attend client meetings or site visits as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules across multiple disciplines.
• Support budget tracking and invoicing activities against approved budgets.
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards summarizing schedule, budget, and risk information.
• Coordinate with project managers and discipline leads to gather updates and ensure consistent reporting.
• Assist in development of resource and staffing plans to support scheduling and workload forecasting.
• Support client communications and meeting logistics, including agendas and minutes.
• Perform basic design assignments on various projects; Produce and maintain architectural documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
