Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Management Intern to support the PM team in Rochester, NY. The role provides hands-on experience in program management within a leading technology company serving national security and space sectors.

The internship involves coordinating with PMs and engineers to finalize plans, establish timelines, organize documentation, attend meetings, and assist with materials and expense processing. Salary transparency applies with a stated hourly range.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in related field.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with Government FARs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs and Engineers to finalize project plan presentations.
• Coordinate with PMs and Engineers to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings.
• Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.
• Participate in project/program meetings as requested.
• Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings.
• Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues.
• Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the IPPT Business Area.
