Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Intern for the Program Management team in support of our dynamic organization. The role offers hands-on experience coordinating with PMs and Engineers, organizing documentation, and assisting with meetings and materials in a national security and space context.

The position requires pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or business/accounting. Proficiency with MS Office and EVMS experience are preferred; familiarity with FARs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must be pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or business/accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs and Engineers to finalize project plan presentations
• Coordinate with PMs and Engineers to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings
• Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation
• Participate in project/program meetings as requested
• Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings
• Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues
• Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the IPPT Business Area
