Monks seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to architect clarity in a fast-paced creative environment, owning workflows, schedules, and operations across campaigns. You will transform ambiguous processes into structured workstreams that empower teams to scale and deliver world-class content for Google's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in Marketing and Program Management.
• Proven ability to build and implement workflow infrastructure from the ground up.
• Experience managing budgets and staffing models.
• Familiarity with AI tools and process automation for Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Campaign Program Management: drive day-to-day management of launch campaigns.
• Management of Creative Reviews and approvals across leadership and partners.
• Stakeholder Management with cross-functional teams to align on feasibility and requirements.
• Organizational Alignment & Timeline Management to meet milestones.
• Infrastructure & Process Architecture to scale workflows and reduce friction.
• Agency & Resource Management to optimize external partners at scale.
• Automation & Tooling to streamline processes with technical leads.
