IntelliSys Solutions Group is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support financial planning and project execution for a DoD-focused team. On-site engagement with embedded roles within a government project, requiring strong analytical and reporting skills.

The candidate will develop dashboards, perform data-driven forecasting, and contribute to earned value management to assess schedule and profitability. A DoD clearance or government experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Accounting/Finance/Economics).
• Active DoD security clearance or government experience required.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills with pivot tables and advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Excel dashboards showing funds received, spent, projections, and manpower estimates.
• Use Tableau/Power BI to visualize data insights for management.
• Analyze large datasets with SQL and Excel to produce accurate financial reports.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations highlighting key insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
