Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Program Manager for WoW Studios in Chicago or Benton Harbor, MI to guide product launches and retail activation programs. You will support cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and contribute to marketing leadership across Whirlpool brands like KitchenAid and Maytag.

You will manage project lifecycles, ensure milestones are met, and help implement PM best practices while leveraging tools such as Workfront in a collaborative, fast-paced studio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program, project, or account management in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage go-to-market product launch and retail activation content development across our portfolio of brands.
• Oversee the lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, assisting with day-to-day execution and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to build positive and collaborative relationships.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including conference reports and next steps.
• Monitor risks and implement contingency plans.
