Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst to support DoD requirements at Quantico, VA. The role focuses on project administration, lifecycle monitoring, and performance reporting, with a focus on risk mitigation and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with relevant experience, has an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and demonstrates superior communication and organizational skills for successful contract

Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Management Analyst with demonstrated experience supporting DoWrequirements to join our growing team in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.
  • Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its lifecycle.
  • Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
  • Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
  • Coordinates projects; develops a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects; and may assist in writing narratives for reports.
  • Monitors the project’s timeline; tracks document submissions; and creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.
  • Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may affect the success of the project.
  • For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
  • Prepares monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.
  • Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with7years of experience supporting program management activities)
  • 5 years of relevant program management experience.
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is a must.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $125,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
