Arc is seeking a Program Leader to support after-school programs across sites. You will engage youth, help create engaging activities, and supervise to ensure safety and positive behavior. Expect shifting environments, collaboration with diverse teams, and a Monday–Friday 1 PM–6 PM schedule with up to 25 hours per week.
