Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, risk management, controls, governance, operations, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and executive-level visibility.
• Knowledge of risk and control principles, including issue identification, escalation, remediation, and sustainable process design.
• Ability to develop governance routines, status reporting, decision materials, and executive communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across business, risk, controls, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance for a portfolio of third-party transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives with integrated plans and governance routines.
• Execute change intake, assessment, and prioritization using transparent criteria and clear ownership.
• Deliver concise executive reporting highlighting progress, outcomes, risks, and required actions.
• Define and mature emerging-risk processes to identify, assess, elevate, and monitor third-party risk signals.
• Design and mature event and incident management practices with clear roles, escalation paths, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with business, risk, controls, operations, and technology teams to align priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
