Job summary

Danaher in the US is seeking a Program Manager for Precision Medicine and Biopharma Solutions to drive key BioPharma projects and advance process excellence. You will collaborate across the BioPharma COE and with OpCo partners to deliver high-impact solutions, shaping program strategy and execution.

The role requires a scientific/engineering background with 3+ years in PM or a PhD/MD with 9+ years. Travel 10–20% and potential for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field; PhD/MD preferred for seniority.
• Experience across the full new product development lifecycle with integrated evidence.
• Proven ability to deliver programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong synthesis of complex information and both strategic and tactical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, external-facing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with BioPharma team and Diagnostic OpCo partners to execute BoW programs.
• Drive projects using DBS tools and standard software; apply problem-solving to resolve issues.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement improvements to standard work.
