KLA, a global leader in electronics for semiconductor manufacturing, seeks a Senior Process Improvement Manager in USA-MI-Ann Arbor to drive standardization and efficiency within GWS. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes and monitor performance with KPIs and dashboards.

The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements within the GWS organization, with a critical focus on global standardization for Processes, Documentation and Data Support key internal partners (Facilities Projects/Governance & Control) Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) & Space Control + working with wider business groups (Finance, Procurement & Engineering organizations). Drive the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational context and priorities in mind. Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, making adjustments as needed. Work closely with operational leaders and key internal partners to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and how to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement further operational excellence improvement programs. Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements. Establish and support key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance. Assist in facilitating change management by leading and supporting operational and global initiatives within GWS. Support internal GWS process development (with focus on standardization, compliance, regulations, and operational & business standards (including ISO and equivalent).
Base Pay Range: $102,200.00 - $173,700.00 Annually
