Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Program Lead for our Santa Ana center to manage program quality, staffing and daily operations in a licensed childcare environment.

You will coach teaching staff, oversee lesson planning, assessments, and family partnerships while ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires 2–3 years of ECE/CD leadership experience, ability to mentor staff, and collaboration with the Center Manager to meet enrollment, budgeting and community engagement

Competenze

• HS Degree or GED with 15 ECE units (admin or staff relations and core units) OR
• AA degree with 24 ECE/CD units, 6 admin and 2 in adult supervision OR
• BA degree with 12 ECE/CD units, 6 admin and 2 in adult supervision OR
• Site Supervisor Permit or above preferred, or expected to acquire Site Supervisor permit upon hire
• Continuing education to meet professional growth standards required

Mansioni

• Oversee program quality and align with licensing and agency standards.
• Coach and mentor teaching staff with observations and feedback.
• Lead QRIS for Infant/Toddler programs.
• Collaborate with Center leadership on enrollment, attendance, and budgeting.
• Foster culturally responsive environments reflecting families and staff.
• Ensure staff schedules meet ratios and safety policies.
