Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science or Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in GMP setting.
• Knowledge and practical experience in aseptic technique/tissue culture.
• Understanding of GMP requirements and regulations. Previous experience directly involved with federal regulations regarding GLP and GMP.
• Knowledge of SOPs and Quality Control requirements in a GMP laboratory setting.
• Work independently, with emphasis on following SOPs.
• Ability to wear protective clothing for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including short-notice shifts.
• Ability to serve as a resource for procedural troubleshooting.
• Work under exposure to zoonotic diseases, anesthetic agents, and chemicals.
• Strong interpersonal communication with physicians, staff, administration & sponsors.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of cell culture, bioreactor operation, scale-up, filtration, and centrifugation.
• Expert in flow cytometry, protein, mRNA, DNA characterization.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong decision-making under ambiguous criteria.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to attend off-site meetings.
• Ability to prepare concise administrative reports and SOPs.
• Working knowledge of medical/scientific terminology for protocol work.
• Demonstrated records management and complex filing systems.
• Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
