Job summary

The role requires an associate degree with 2+ years of project management experience in higher education, with preference for PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or some college is required.
• Two years of required project management experience in the post-secondary sector.
• Two years of experience with supplemental higher education funding sources required.
• Demonstrates proficiency in financial management principles and effectively allocates resources.
• Experience with non-credit course/curriculum development and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review training goals and establish timelines, staffing needs, and budget allocations for Professional Academies programs.
• Prepare and submit reports and required documents to internal and external stakeholders regarding Professional Academies progress.
• Serve as a liaison for trainers, program administrators, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
• Coordinate and manage training resources, including facilities and equipment for sessions.
• Track progress, scheduling, and logistics for training programs; ensure timely task completion.
• Utilize data analysis and visualization to track outcomes and compliance.
