Job summary

Conservation Legacy seeks an Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps Program Manager to lead program operations in Zuni, NM. The role oversees field staff, ensures safety, and maintains strong partner relations while aligning with the organization's mission to protect lands and support communities.

You will coordinate recruitment, training, and reporting, with travel to field sites and collaboration with the ALCC Program Director. Strong leadership and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working with youth/young adults.
• 3 years working with indigenous communities.
• Experience in trail construction/maintenance or related fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ALCC operations in assigned offices.
• Recruit and onboard seasonal participants.
• Manage program reporting and partner communications.
• Ensure safety and compliance across field sites.
• Develop and implement local partnerships and grants.
