Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Program Manager in the United States to lead complex projects from sales turnover through plant start-up. The role supports hybrid work from Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX, and interacts with diverse teams and customers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program management or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and plus experience with CORA, SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office. Strong communication, budgeting, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in program management, project engineering, project controls or project support.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CORA, and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
• Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task.
• Project Management certification (PMP) preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, analytical skills, project delivery & financial skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with gas processing plants, EPC, and/or site construction management is a plus.
• Flexibility in 10% domestic and international travel when required.
