Job summary

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary technical team across DevSecOps, MBSE, data science, and modeling/simulation for DoD programs. You will set performance expectations, mentor staff, and coordinate across infrastructure security, QA, systems engineering, and data analytics to deliver on contract objectives.

demonstrated success leading teams of 5+ people5+ years of experience managing classified DoD programs or contracts; knowledge of DoD acquisition processes (JCIDS, acquisition strategy, program management)Technical understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Kubernetes, containerization, or equivalent infrastructure technologiesTechnical understanding of software testing, quality assurance, security testing methodologies, and validation approachesFamiliarity with systems engineering principles, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or digital engineering practicesUnderstanding of data science, analytics, data management, and modeling/simulation disciplinesExperience with program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and ability to adapt approach to program needsDemonstrated experience managing program budgets, schedules, and resources;
