Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Workforce Development, seeks a DUA Program Integrity Manager to lead the agency-wide program integrity strategy and investigations.

You will oversee fraud detection efforts, supervise investigators, coordinate with legal teams and external partners, and ensure timely processing of overpayments and compliant case resolution within the UI program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in business administration, public administration, or related fields.
• Substitutions allowed: certificates, Bachelor's, Graduate or Doctorate degrees may replace experience as outlined.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the unemployment UI program integrity, guiding investigators and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review UI claim data and employer records to detect fraud using advanced analytical tools.
• Coordinate with legal teams and external agencies to resolve complex fraud cases.
• Supervise the Benefit Collections Team and ensure timely processing of overpayments and reconciliations.
