Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Program Integrity Support Specialist to assist the Department of Developmental Services. You will manage data, coordinate projects, and provide administrative support for the Bureau of Program Integrity, including the Theft & Fraud Hotline and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support the DDS Theft & Fraud Hotline and issue mandated reports when applicable.
• Track administrative reviews, corrective actions, assignments, overdue items, and deadlines.
• Coordinate audits and reviews with providers, handling documentation and follow-up.
• Support procurement, contract review, and contract administration.
• Gather, organize, maintain, and analyze Bureau records and data.
• Help develop standard operating procedures, forms, and new processes.
• Participate in Bureau meetings, fieldwork, planning, and management updates.
• Assist with staff training materials addressing identified risks.
• Maintain records systems and coordinate approved disclosure of records.
