Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Program Director, Program Integrity to lead enterprise-wide FWA prevention and detection initiatives. You will drive governance, analytics, and regulatory alignment across lines of business and engage with regulators and industry groups.

This hybrid role based in Eagan, MN requires 7+ years in program integrity and related fields, with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related compliance/fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Master's degree in related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Program Integrity strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and affordability goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulators, law enforcement, and industry groups.
• Oversee enterprise FWA risk management, governance, and continuous improvement of risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead governance reporting to executives and the board, including KPIs and analytics.
