Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board Staff is hiring a Program Integrity Specialist to support contract monitoring, compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management.

In this full-time role based in Abilene, you will help protect the integrity of workforce programs, review contracts and regulations, and ensure services meet requirements while public resources are used effectively.

Qualifications

• Is detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can interpret and apply contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, in writing and in person.
• Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Has 3+ years of experience in compliance, contract or program administration, or a related field.
