Job summary

ChildCareGroup is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to lead the Compliance unit and mentor a team of Specialists. You will handle escalated fraud cases, collaborate with local Workforce Boards and the Texas Workforce Commission, and manage repayment processes for ineligible services.

Independent judgment is required. The role emphasizes data organization, reporting, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in eligibility determination, regulatory interpretation, and contract compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to present data clearly; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor compliance staff; manage escalated fraud investigations.
• Coordinate with Workforce Boards and Texas Workforce Commission; report findings.
• Calculate costs for services owed by ineligible clients; manage repayment processes.
• Prepare and present data reports to management and stakeholders.
