Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Program Integrator with TS/SCI and poly to support U.S. Government DoD programs from Maryland.

The role involves monitoring program health and reporting on a portfolio, performing cross-program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns, and drafting critical program documents and PMPs for leadership review. Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus.
• Twelve (12) years of DoD program management/contract/financial management experience; or 15 years with substitutions.
• Familiarity with Plan-It preferred; substitutions available.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

Description

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Program Integrator.

The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to investment Portfolio (JP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/ portfolio status.

** Looking for a PI3 with more technical/System Engineering background who can understand the requirements/risks/dependencies as well as working knowledge of confluence/JIRA and Super Intelligence (SI). Candidate will need to be able to Revise/Update Technical Acquisition Documentation. SharePoint is highly desired.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $170,000-200,000
