Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants is seeking a Senior-Level Program Integrator with TS/SCI w/ poly to support program managers and leadership in monitoring health across multiple contracts and initiatives.

The role requires extensive DoD program management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Confluence/Jira, SharePoint, and MS Excel. A bachelor’s degree and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• TS/SCI with Poly cleared (FS desired).
• Intermediate MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.
• Perform cross-program analysis to address cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, SOWs, and Acquisition Strategies).
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and portfolio status.

With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Program Integrator.
The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to investment Portfolio (JP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/ portfolio status.

• Looking for a PI3 with more technical/System Engineering background who can understand the requirements/risks/dependencies as well as working knowledge of confluence/JIRA and Super Intelligence (SI). Candidate will need to be able to Revise/Update Technical Acquisition Documentation. SharePoint is highly desired.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Final salary can also be influenced by a position's geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
The salary Range for this position is: $170,000-200,000
