Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting project management, program integration, operations, engineering, or technical programs.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple organizations and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to track actions, schedules, risks, and deliverables accurately.
• Ability to operate independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Ability to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and execution of technical projects and demonstrations.
• Coordinate schedules, requirements, deliverables, and stakeholder activities.
• Facilitate coordination among technical teams, program leadership, customers, partners, and others.
• Track project actions, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, briefs, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Assist with meetings, demonstrations, and project events.
• Identify execution issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical and operational activities across projects/workstreams.
• Coordinate with safety and operations on event readiness and execution.
• Provide timely updates on project status to program leadership.
