Job summary

Lynker is seeking an experienced Director of Technical Integration to lead and coordinate technical integration activities across complex programs and projects. You will work with engineering, program management, operational, government, and industry teams to support the development and integration of emerging capabilities.

The role requires translating objectives into coordinated technical activities, overseeing system development, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, or related discipline; equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in engineering, technical integration, system development, or related activities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel and operate across engineering, operational, and program management organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical integration activities across programs and projects.
• Develop technical strategies, integration approaches, and execution plans.
• Coordinate among engineering teams, partners, program personnel, and stakeholders.
• Translate operational objectives into technical activities and priorities.
• Oversee system development and integration planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; review technical docs and findings.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering and integration staff.
