Job summary

Lynker is seeking an experienced Project Integrator to support planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical programs. The role will track schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables, coordinating among technical teams, program leadership, customers, and partners in Idaho.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience supporting project management, program integration, or technical programs.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to track actions, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to operate independently while contributing within a team.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of technical projects, demos, evaluations.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, requirements, deliverables, and stakeholder activities.
• Facilitate coordination among technical teams, program leadership, customers and partners.
• Track project actions, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, briefs, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, demonstrations, and project events.
• Identify potential execution issues and coordinate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Support coordination of activities across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Coordinate with safety and operations on event readiness and execution requirements.
• Maintain awareness of project status and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Perform other project integration and program support activities as required.
