Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator 4 to assist PEO leadership and Program Managers with baselines, health monitoring, and reporting on programs, initiatives, and portfolios. The role includes SAFe/agile ceremony preparation with Product Owner collaboration to support sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.

The position requires extensive DoD program management experience, education credentials, and a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

• Experience in collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
• CI poly within 5 years.

Position Summary

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency

• a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus with Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Eighteen (18) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, in lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area.
• Twenty (20) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, in lieu of certification.

Required Certifications

• Scrum Certification.

Required Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• The CI polygraph must have been completed within the last 5 years.
• U.S. citizenship is required
