In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and financial management to provide critical support to Government Program Managers (GPMs) and help drive program success from planning through execution.

Why This Role Matters

As a Program Integrator Level 1, you'll be at the heart of national security program management, ensuring that critical missions are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with performance baselines. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial and program data will directly influence decision-making at the highest levels of government.

What You Will Do
Program Management Support
  • Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) and initiative leads with resource planning, tracking, and allocation.
  • Provide financial and summary reports on program elements, recommending funding adjustments for contract staffing, facilities, and budgets.
  • Support the production and tailoring of financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive bi-weekly program management reports, including:
    • Execution Reports: Track funding execution across programs, including budget center, appropriation, and funding sources.
    • Cost Estimation Reports: Consolidated burn rate analyses and fiscal year funding projections.
    • Budget Overview Reports: Total budget availability versus projected costs, identifying potential overruns or underruns.
    • Areas of Concern Reports: Highlighting issues such as late receipt of external funds or slow execution against appropriations.
    • Contract Reports: Tracking contract funding run‑outs, periods of performance, award dates, burn rates, and contractor deliverables.
    • Staffing Reports: Current and projected staffing metrics, attrition rates, and positions remaining to be filled.
    • Contract Action Readiness Reports: Status of required contract documents against baseline schedules (TTOs, SOWs, CDRLs, Technical CICA memos, Acquisition Strategies).
Program Documentation & Risk Management
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to support program and initiative status reviews.
  • Assist program managers in tracking and developing key program documentation, including:
    • Task Order Technical Overviews (TTOs).
    • Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Program Management Plans (PMPs).
    • Risk Management Plans and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Monitor program schedules, evaluate operational and technical alternatives, and support risk assessments.
Execution Support
  • Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors.
  • Liaise with Government Contract Managers (GCMs) to address contract performance anomalies and concerns.
  • Analyze financial execution reports from Government Business Financial Managers (GBFMs) and develop program-specific recommendations for GPMs.
  • Support GPMs in ensuring execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines using program management tools (e.g., Plan‑It, MS Excel).
  • Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs with cost estimation and program outcome monitoring.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze, track, and report program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies and processes.
  • Develop actionable financial insights to support program decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials to support government program decision-making.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, to present data clearly and effectively.
What You Need To Have
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (required).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus.
    • In lieu of a degree: PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, plus 3 additional years of directly related experience (total of 7 years).
    • In lieu of certification: 2 additional years of directly related experience (total of 9 years).
  • Experience: 4+ years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
What We'd Like You To Have
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and present complex financial and program data clearly and effectively.
