Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Coaching

• Teach age‑appropriate basketball and volleyball fundamentals, and game concepts.
• Demonstrate proper technique and provide constructive, encouraging feedback.
• Adapt instruction to meet the developmental needs and skill levels of different age groups.
• Create a structured, progressive 7–8 week curriculum that balances skill-building, teamwork, and fun.
• Incorporate drills, games, and activities that promote motor development, coordination, and confidence.
• Ensure each session includes warm‑ups, skill instruction, practice time, and age‑appropriate scrimmages.

Youth Engagement & Safety

• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where all children feel supported and motivated.
• Manage group dynamics and maintain a safe, organized playing area.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program staff.

Program Support

• Track participant progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and inventory.
• Uphold program policies and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
