Salary Range: $16.94 To $22.00 Hourly
Provide high-quality recreational, team-building, and educational programming for school, retreat, and conference groups. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Work collaboratively as a member of the camp community under the supervision of the Assistant Camp Directors.
Plan and lead recreational, team-building, and educational activities for school, retreat, and conference groups.
Facilitate activities including, but not limited to, archery, arts and crafts, low ropes, high ropes, and climbing towers.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and participants.
Understand and enforce all safety rules and procedures.
Ensure proper care of camp equipment and facilities.
Assist in leading evening programs.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the camp community.
Perform duties under the supervision of the Assistant Camp Directors.
