West Park YMCA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Pathways Instructor to plan and deliver engaging youth activities within our Pathways program and support family nights.
You will work with members and participants, ensure safety, follow YMCA standards, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.
Requirements include minimum 1 year youth programming experience, CPR/First Aid within 90 days, babysitter certification if under 18, and being at least 16 years old.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pathways Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering effective activities in the designated youth program areas for YMCA members and program participants. This role will have direct responsibility for providing age appropriate activities in pathways and assist with family nights.
