Camp For All is seeking a Program Instructor for Fall 2026 to facilitate inclusive activities for campers with special needs. This seasonal position starts with comprehensive training and runs from Wednesday to Sunday. Responsibilities include managing activities, following safety standards, and maintaining flexible schedules.
Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and possess leadership experience. Shared housing and meals are provided during group stays. Additional compensation is available for certifications.

Program Instructors carry out the Camp For All mission by encouraging campers to try new things, think outside of the box, and offer them a sense of freedom. The Fall 2026 season begins with an in-depth training to equip instructors to facilitate traditional camp activities in an inclusive, barrier-free way. Activities include climbing, zip line, giant swing, horseback riding, barnyard/nature, target sports, photography, epic evening programs and aquatics. The typical work week for instructors runs from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Program Instructor reports directly to the Program Manager.
This is a seasonal, exempt position. Pay starts at $475 per week worked. Additional compensation is available for staff who have lifeguard or ropes certifications. Shared housing is provided and maintained by Camp For All. Meals are included when groups are on site.
Internship credit or hours are available for many degree programs including but not limited to: Child Life Specialist, Recreation Management, Therapeutic Recreation, PRTM, and Youth Leadership & Development. Contact the Program Manager to see if we are able to support your internship requirements.
