The Role

At Morgan's Camp, we operate through partnerships, focusing on optimizing camper activities rather than direct cabin care. As an Instructor, you'll contribute extensively to program development and weekly preparations for our diverse groups. Our tailored curriculum will guide you through the behind-the-scenes operations of running a camp, with opportunities to shape the learning experience as a team. Each Instructor season spans one school semester, with potential for multiple consecutive seasons.
