Job description

Position: Program Instructor. Location: Crafton, PA. Pay Rate: Earn 19 /hour.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday position. 800am-430pm.

The Program Instructor provides engaging, supportive, and structured activities for adults with developmental disabilities. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals develop skills that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Adult Day Program activities, including:
  • Vocational training
  • Independent living skills
  • Cognitive and social development
  • Leisure and recreational activities
  • Mobility, sensory, and perceptual motor skills
• Support individuals in developing computer and basic technology skills
• Encourage participation while adapting activities to meet individual needs
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and person-centered approach
• Collaborate with team members to support individualized goals

Earn $19-$21/ hr with election of enhanced pay.
