4Culture seeks an Evaluator to develop and implement an evaluation framework to measure the impact of Doors Open programming. This critical role will contribute to assessing core programs and will help shape the Doors Open Implementation Plan.

The position reports to the Deputy Director and will oversee data collection methods, grant reporting, and overall program measurement for Doors Open, with potential involvement in additional 4Culture programs as needed.
