Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Mountain View is seeking a finance professional to manage program cost oversight, forecasting, and revenue-related analytics across defense and industrial markets. You will analyze budgets, monitor ETC/EAC, and support contract cost reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and experience with Power BI. You must be able to collaborate with senior management and adapt to changing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must be in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management.
• Experience with government accounting and various contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M, IDIQ).
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monthly/Quarterly program forecast reviews.
• Budget variance analysis including ETC, EAC, and Budget Baseline analysis.
• Analyze and validate project costs; analyze project performance status and identify financial risks.
• Sales Forecasting.
• Assist and support the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition, funding, percent complete, customer billings, and CDRLs.
• Participate in project cost review meetings.
• Prepare presentations and host Program Financial Review meetings with senior management.
• Support financial audits as necessary.
• Prepare adhoc reports and analysis as necessary.
• Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.
