Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to partner with program managers and lead budgeting, billing, forecasting, and reporting across the project lifecycle.

You will ensure contract compliance, provide financial insights, and support planning, cost tracking, ETC/EAC reporting, and cross-functional coordination with contracts, HR, procurement, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience, including 3+ years in program control or financial management.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills with large data sets for analysis and monthly reporting.
• Knowledge of FP&A concepts: cost collection, EAC lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation.
• Experience with Costpoint, SmartView, Hyperion and Cognos.
• Ability to work with multiple support functions (contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering).

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager with financial planning, reporting, and contract-related analysis.
• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of projects for cost tracking, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Monitor contract budgets and funding, maintain forecasts, and track cost performance against plans.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, including PMR, ETC, EAC, and client-specific reporting.
• Review labor charges, subcontractor invoices, travel vouchers, and allocations for accuracy.
• Conduct financial analysis including variance, risk/opportunity, and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with contracts, HR, purchasing, and other teams to support program execution.
• Support contract administration tasks such as purchasing, facility services, and equipment.
• Comply with internal controls, forecasting processes, and government regulations.
• Drive annual plans and monthly forecasts with timely submissions.
• Review pricing models and cost structures with Pricing team.
• Support recurring program and finance review cycles and resource planning.
