Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Finance Specialist to join our corporate office team.

The role will support Program Finance by auditing travel vouchers, setting labor categories and rates, and maintaining contractually obligated cost tracking for government and prime customers. You will liaise with operations, subcontractors, vendors and customers, process expense authorizations, and provide broader support to the Program Finance group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• DoD experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with program control techniques in the federal contracting environment with tailoring to contract type and risk.
• Experience with Deltek CP, COGNOS, T&E preferred.
• Experience working with financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to comprehend verbal instructions.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

The Specialist will provide support to the Program Finance staff performing duties to include

• Auditing employee travel voucher submissions and setting up labor categories and rates in accounting systems.
