Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance required.
• BS Degree with 10 years of technical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Government systems: GFEBS, WAWF, LMP, CCaR/PMRT, P&R Forms, and DTS.
• Familiarity with DoD Financial Management Regulations: DoD 7000-14, FMR 37-100, FMR 37-1.
• Ability to develop and coordinate the annual POM/PMR/APBB and P&R updates.
• Coordinate budget execution, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor Execution OMA, APA and RDT&E appropriations using GFEBS and LMP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing monthly Product Team Spend Plans in PMRT/CCaR/EA.
• Review and advise on budget planning for current, future, and prior year.
• Serve as Program Analyst Workflow in PMRT CCaR.
• Update the Budget Authority Editor in PMRT CCaR.
• Provide input for Mid-Year Reviews, PMR, Financial Briefings, and Support Agreements.
• Execute funding actions: MIPRs, PWDs, and contract modifications with other agencies.
• Examine and report variances on commitments, obligations, and disbursement goals.
• Manage Travel Budget and act as Finance DTS Administrator with DTS audits.
