Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Finance to support financial management, estimating, and reporting for assigned programs. The role partners with program management to analyze financial positions and prepare monthly customer reports.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience or 6+ years in lieu of a degree, plus experience with CP/FP/T&M contracts and EVMS. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2+ years of related experience; or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain in program development.
• Experience with CP/FP/T&M contract types.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management, review, and estimating of assigned programs.
• Prepare monthly customer financial reports and variance analysis.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and EAC preparation.
• Analyze program costs for labor, materials, subcontracting and ODC vs. budget.
• Monitor and explain cost drivers to management.
• Review weekly labor and material charges and perform cost transfers as needed.
• Communicate with IPT and management at multiple levels.
