Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the program finance team supporting US Operations and the Stryker Vehicles line of business. You will train staff, prepare EACs, and coordinate audits while overseeing monthly forecasts and cross-functional process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business, 10+ years of experience, and onsite presence. Strong communication and Oracle/Hyperion knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business is required; Accounting or Finance majors preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a finance/program management role.
• Aptitude to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge in Oracle and Hyperion preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of program finance analysts in support of US Operations and Stryker Vehicles line of business.
• Train team to support USG reporting requirements, compliance, and metrics.
• Support team in preparation of contract EACs.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual audit deliverables to external auditors.
• Review, analyze, and consolidate monthly Orders, Revenue, and Cash forecasts with variances.
• Support customer meetings.
• Work cross functionally to improve processes across the division.
