Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Greenville, Texas seeks a Specialist, Program Finance to support financial management, cost reporting, and EAC for assigned programs. The role collaborates with program management to analyze financial positions and monthly closes.

The analyst will deliver monthly customer financial reports, verify actual cost reporting, and provide variance analysis while engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel focusing on pivots, xlookups, macros and other features.
• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain).

Responsibilities

• Set up and activation of assigned projects and production work orders in ERP.
• Monitor and analyze program costs; perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs with cross-functional IPT.
